Create Magic with Fresh Local Ingredients
Our workshops are conducted at our cooking schools, either in the hotel or at our Country Club, where you can pick fresh herbs in our organic garden, ingredients for preparing a delicious Moroccan tagine. In a typical half-day workshop, you’ll learn to prepare an appetizer and a main dish, and be treated to a demonstration of the dessert before enjoying the fruits of your labour. Every individual cooking station is equipped with a closed-circuit screen to ensure you don’t miss a thing.
Besides a 3-hour workshop, we also offer a 1-hour express class, allowing visitors who might be pressed for time to learn the ins and outs of preparing a Moroccan dish.
