  • Please quote your DISCOVERY membership number with your full name upon making reservations.
  • Booking of accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Guaranteed reservation for Platinum and Black level members are not available during certain blackout dates (Extraordinary Demand Dates).
  • The Residence by Cenizaro DISCOVERY benefits are not applicable to any online promotion packages, spa or culinary promotions or specially arranged programmes.
  • Concession valid on all food & beverages, in all restaurants, owned or managed by The Residence by Cenizaro, with the exception of banqueting, specially curated private dining experiences and any corporate meeting or special events or weddings
  • All qualifying bills must be under the member’s name.
  • Proof of DISCOVERY membership must be shown upon check-out to be afforded the benefits - by quoting your full DISCOVERY membership number and name or showing your digital card on the DISCOVERY app.
  • The Residence by Cenizaro DISCOVERY benefits are non-transferable.
  • Complimentary benefits accorded have no cash value.
