Earth Basket is our farm-to-table initiative that brings guests closer to the source of their food. By growing selected produce and working with local growers, Earth Basket supports regenerative agricultural practices while supplying our kitchens with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The result is food that is not only flavourful, but rooted in care for the land and respect for the people who cultivate it. Complimentary daily farm tours are available for guests during their stay, or join a cooking class for deeper engagement with local produce and the land that sustains it to feed us.
