• Advanced booking for the spa is required and is available between 10am and 12noon only
• The nature tour is subject to weather conditions

• Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full stay. In the event of cancellation and refund requested more than 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of 4% will be applicable to process the refund.
