Note: The position is based in Singapore Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:

• The Group Director of Marketing is responsible for the global market revenue and yield strategies, its implementation and results of the group’s hotels business goals and objectives.
• To work closely with the group’s GSAs to promote and market the group’s hotels and resorts in its feeder markets.
• To create business development plans and budgets independently.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Management and hotel General Managers.
• Manage staff and GSA performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• High degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision-making with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of key feeder markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.
• At least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Revenue management and business analysis using brand platforms and methodologies.
• Negotiation skills and experience with contracting. Organization and Leadership Skills. Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
