Travel Tips

Climate:
Zanzibar is blessed with warm weather all year round, with an average temperature of 27°C in the summer months from October to May, and a comfortable 25°C between June and September.

Tidal Variations:
Zanzibar’s coastal terrain and tidal nature varies across the island. A host of activities can be enjoyed with the daily tide fluctuations as low tides uncover numerous unique sea creatures on the sea flats and high tides make for optimal swimming in the warm waters of the Indian ocean. Highly valued for its privacy, the resort is located close to Menai Bay, Zanzibar's largest marine protected area, in southern Zanzibar; a habitat for indigenous fish and large marine mammals, particularly dolphins.

To better plan your holiday activities around the tide variations, please seek more information from the tide chart at the hotel reception.
